April
is an exciting month politically in Louisiana, with the state
legislative fiscal session getting underway on April 12, and the hotly
contested U.S. House of Representatives Second Congressional District runoff to replace
former Rep. Cedric Richmond on April 24
[Early voting April 10-17, excluding Sunday April 11].
NOTE: The Gillespie-Senter Memorial Community Breakfast does not make political
endorsements. It presents an open forum for political opinions via
discussion with participants.
